Use of the Service

Our software is designed to assist with bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and QuickBooks Online data management. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to access and modify your QuickBooks Online company data.

Data Access

The application may access QuickBooks Online data only after authorization through Intuit's OAuth process. The software only accesses information necessary to perform requested bookkeeping functions.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing any changes before they are applied to your accounting records. East County Bookkeeping is not responsible for incorrect changes resulting from inaccurate user instructions or data.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and related materials remain the property of East County Bookkeeping unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
